Ses freins aussi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2\/ \u2026 devient un <\/span><b>suspect<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e0 contacter \u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vous avez commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 prospecter, et vous avez trouv\u00e9 le contact d\u2019un potentiel client. Vous ne savez pas encore s&rsquo;il a un vrai besoin, ni m\u00eame s&rsquo;il vous conna\u00eet. Qu\u2019est ce qui est important pour elle, quelles sont ses contraintes ? Pourquoi sont-ils satisfaits ? Qu\u2019est-ce qui les a d\u00e9cid\u00e9s ?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si vous attaquez un nouveau march\u00e9, cette \u00e9tape sera encore plus importante.
